Background/History: foo

Personality/Motivation: Blastforce feels that supers are too powerful, presenting a possible threat to society as loose cannons. Any true hero should work with the police and government to solve crime rather than act as unpredictable loners.

Quote: “This is Blastforce, a duly authorized deputy of PRIMUS. You are all under arrest! Cease and desist all aggressive actions, deactivate any active defenses, and come out with your limbs visible. If you do not surrender within ten seconds, I will be authorized to use physical force.”

Powers/Tactics: Blastforce creates an exceedingly powerful psychokinetic repulsion field, whose focus can be widely varied. At low power, it provides an aura around him that

The destructive capabilities of his power Full Cannon seems to have no upper cap, other than the endurance he can pump into it. He never unleashes this full power against living targets, only adding extra dice as a way to spread the blast.

Appearance: His uniform consists of a black suit with yellow reflective stripes in the form of hazard bars on him arms(providing a caution for the typical origin of his blasts). He wears goggles to protect his eyes from the back blast of rubble when using his powers to blast a tunnel.

Campaign Use: Use Blastforce as an antagonist to the campaign supers. A stick-in-the mud, he berates the supers for indiscriminate use of their powers, while he himself unable to do wrong,

His Full Cannon power is intended to exceed campaign guidelines by 4DCs (adjust accordingly).
